An Evening with Heart brings together our most influential leaders from the corporate, philanthropic and medical communities to raise funds and promote the lifesaving work of the American Heart Association. Join us for an exciting silent auction and cocktails. Enjoy a heart healthy dinner then dance the night away. Special thanks to our Chair, Dr. J Carter Ralphe, for his efforts.

PROGRAM & APPEAL
Each year, 40,000 kids are born with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD).  On April 27th, you'll hear a special story that we Madisonian's hold close to our hearts - the story of Dax, son of our very own Amber Noggle.  You will have the opportunity to show your support of the critical work of the American Heart Association through a meaningful personal gift.  We have been incredibly touched by Dax's story and know you will be too and for that reason, we are striving for 100% guest participation in the appeal to show that by uniting together, we can help more babies like Dax live normal, active childhoods and longer, stronger lives.

We will also have a very special surprise for tables that come together with full table giving!

AUCTION
The Madison Heart Ball utilizes mobile bidding for our silent auction so be sure to bring your cell phone fully charged!  This fun and exciting technology allows more time to bid as well as more time to mingle!  Please keep in mind that all bidding will be done via phones (no paper bid sheets) and there will be Bid Assistants available to help & answer any questions. 

A few helpful tips for online bidding!
- The bidding link you receive is specific to you.  Please do not forward your bidding link to other guests.  If your friend is also attending the event and did not receive a text and/or email, we may not have their contact information.  Please have them contact Lauren.Becherer@heart.org to register/confirm their information.
- If you received only an email but not a text, please contact Lauren Becherer to verify your information.
- You will receive a text message when you are outbid on a package.
- Winners will receive a text message notification. 

CHECK-IN
Please check-in with event staff upon arrival for your bidding information and table number.  Check-in stations will be available at the entrance to the parking structure as well as the bottom of the staircase.  

At check-in, staff & volunteers will be confirming/capturing your mobile number and email address, as well as offering the opportunity to register your credit/debit card for any auction purchases or donations you make during the evening.  Save yourself a trip back to the auction check-out area at the end of the night!

PARKING
We will have valet parking available ($17), as well as parking in the Edgewater Hotel parking structure ($5 - cards accepted).

DRESS
The Madison Heart Ball is a formal event and cocktail/black tie is encouraged.  Red is optional.
