Hello, my name is Addison Thayer and I am 5 years old and on March 23rd I will be turning 6.
3 of my 7 cousins have a rare heart defect called the Tinman Mutation causing them to have holes in their hearts. They need (or will need) a machine in their heart to help them.
Instead of birthday presents this year I would like to ask my friends and family to make donation to the Madison American Heart Association to help kids that have bad hearts in honor of my cousins Christian, Denae, and Bryn.
All proceeds of this fundraiser will go to the Madison Heart Ball, an event that raises money for families and supports research for children with congenital heart defects.
